Treatment
Clotrimazole or Miconazole cream / ointment Hydrocortisone 1% cream/ointment Ketoconazole shampoo for scalp Secondary management Ketoconazole tablets 200 mg 12-hourly for 7 days Flucloxacillin or Erythromycin 500mg 6-hourly for 7 days HIV-related diseases
