Clinical description
The aim of the drug-resistant TB case finding strategy is to diagnose patients early, initiate them on effective treatment and interrupt the chain of DR TB transmission in the general population.
Due to limitations in resources, universal access to DST is not feasible for all TB patients in Malawi.
