Clinical description

Management of psychotic disorders, mood disorders, and anxiety. Covers antipsychotic medications (haloperidol, chlorpromazine, risperidone), side effects including extrapyramidal symptoms and their treatment, mood stabilisers (valproate, carbamazepine), and antidepressants (amitriptyline, fluoxetine). Special populations: HIV patients on ART, pregnancy, breastfeeding, children, and elderly.
